314Oasis is a climate resilience hub. It responds to extreme weather, food insecurity, toxic exposure, and trauma with community-centered, non-institutional care.
The 314 Oasis is serving areas of North St. Louis impacted by the May 16 tornado.
The 314 Oasis model:
